Many students at the University of Oklahoma enjoy their homes-away-from-home at the cottages known as Redpoint Norman. This unique community of cottages designed for college students is just minutes from the college campus. Conveniently, there is a private shuttle to transport them to the Oklahoma University campus safely. At Redpoint Norman, the OU Off-Campus Student Housing, students can reside in roomy two through five-bedroom housing. Furniture packages are available for the rooms of the apartments, or students can bring their own furniture. In these apartments, private bathrooms are connected to each of the bedrooms. There is also an in-unit laundry, a luxury clubhouse, and a pool complex.
OU Off-Campus Student Housing provides numerous amenities, while at the same time, it affords students the opportunities to adjust to living on their own and getting along with roommates. Fortunately for those who have beloved pets with whom they do not wish to part, these students can bring the family’s furry members along to college and live in select housing. There are some restrictions, but dog walks are provided for the canine friends and a dog park where the pets can frolic and run.
Among the amenities afforded OU Off-Campus Student Housing residents is the resort-style swimming pool available for use in warmer weather, along with an area for sand volleyball. Students are provided an outdoor lounge with a fire pit for the cooler weather. Indoors, there is a 24-hour fitness center and an entertainment area with billiard tables. For those students who do not wish to return to the campus to complete assignments, there are private study rooms and a business center equipped with iMacs and printers that students can use for free. For the students’ convenience, there is also a canteen market they can easily access.
