These pieces of equipment of variable size are the receptacles for the chemical blending base. The powder or liquid syrup are poured into the tank where it is then thoroughly mixed or blended.

The process is gentle but with the aim of completely integrating the various substances into one homogenous unit. It requires careful monitoring but, with many tanks, there is never a guarantee that the final product will be of the exact same consistency as the batch before or after it.

Inline Chemical Blending System

The alternative to tanks is an inline chemical blending system. This equipment blends the specified and required components all together in a pipe. This method is considered a very smart alternative to the conventional tank system. It requires less space, greater versatility and improved accuracy and continuity.
