For commercial grain haulers or for large production farms, having the right equipment to maximize hauling capacity with every load is critical. This is where Super B grain trailers really shine.

These new styles of grain trailers can be used as a single trailer hauler with the capacity to hold up to 1,035 bushels in the lead hopper. However, it is also possible to add another trailer to provide a further capacity of 1,095 bushels to add to your payload. This also makes these a true b-train with high stability and ease of driving even in less than perfect conditions.

The Specs

To be in full compliance with regulations Super B grain trailers are carefully designed to optimize carrying capacity. In most cases, unless customized, the overall sidewall height will be seventy-seven and one-half inches. This will convert to eleven feet four inches to the top of the tarp bows loading height.

The side walls are made of corrugated 12 gauge grade 50 carbon steel, designed to hold up to field use. The same grade and gauge of carbon steel is used in the slopes and the bottom hopper for long lasting durability.

The Super B grain trailers are one hundred and two inches wide and with five axles and full air suspension it is a very smooth ride even on rough farm roads or across fields.

Finishing Touches

In addition to being durable and designed for rugged use and long lasting durability, Super B grain trailers have some great finishing touches. They have a 7 wire electrical system with a Truck Lite LED light system and 8 different working lights strategically placed at the chutes as well as inside the hoppers.

The bottom gates on the trailers are operated by dual manual crank gate openers, ensuring full control over unloading. While not part of the standard package, there are electric and remote control tarps available to make short work of getting ready for transport.

Last but not least, Super B grain trailers come completely sandblasted on the interior and exterior. They are then primed and painted with a top quality industrial urethane paint with a variety of different paint colors and customization available. With short lead times for delivery after order, these grain trailers are quickly becoming the future of the grain hauling industry.
